Did you buy from douceur-naturelle.fr and change your mind? You can cancel your order here, free of charge and without creating an account, within 14 days of receiving your products.
How to do it
- Fill out the form below with your name and the email address used for the order.
- In the message, indicate your order number, the products concerned, and the phrase "I am canceling my order".
- Click on "Confirm cancellation".
We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email without delay. You then have 14 days to return the products to us at: Douceur Naturelle, 26 rue des Pensées, 91600 Savigny-sur-Orge, France.
Reminder: products whose seal (foil, film, cap, or safety packaging) has been removed after delivery cannot be returned, for hygiene and health protection reasons. In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, please write to us instead at [contact email]: the return will then be at our expense.
